Under the normal use and maintenance of all DunSpin products during the warranty period, the company will provide free warranty service if there are any problems or failures in the materials and functions of the products themselves.

  This warranty does not apply to the following sites:

A Product has exceeded the warranty period;

B. The user does not follow the instructions and guidelines to operate, resulting in product damage

C. Disassemble, repair or modify the structure without authorization of the company

D. Unable to provide warranty card and proof of consumption

E. Natural disasters (such as earthquake, fire) and other force majeure factors caused by product failure or damage

Note: After-sales warranty service does not include product transportation costs, do not provide on-site maintenance services
